Our Fascia is the intricate network of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, ligament, blood vessel, nerve fibre and muscle in place.
Keeping your fascia healthy has many benefits. The movements and techniques are applied for laying on a mat. By the end of the workshop you will feel more supple and be able to move much more freely.
Please wear comfortable clothes.
