Until I started Weekly Pilates classes with Marica several years ago, I had absolutely zero concept of what Pilates was all about. That soon changed as her classes changed me from being able to even bend & touch my toes to now a perfect model of flexibility. I have been attending Marica’s Pilates classes for quite a few years now in Bridgnorth - she is an excellent & very knowledgeable teacher! I love the fact that Marica will always come round and correct us, even just the slightest position or movement, it makes such a difference - it’s so easy to fall into bad habits. I feel that her classes are really beneficial (especially as we age!!) to maintain balance & to strengthen our core and muscles. The classes are never boring, always something a little different each week and can be quite challenging at times - which is good of course, so easy to become complacent! She varies the movements for every class so it is always interesting and challenges mind and body. She frequently checks on us all to make sure our movements are correct, and will make suggestions to accommodate any physical problems we may have.
