I offer an indivdual Olit session that will help you improve your posture, and all the Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi positions.
I offer one to one Mat Pilates; one to one Fascia self-release working with the tools such as therapy soft balls and foam roller.
The more your body will be in alignment the less all body’s pain will manifest.
With personal training you will develop a natural ability to easily move between positions and motions.
This will make the sessions even more enjoyable.
